Implementation and Evaluation Tools

These tools are designed to assist hospitals in implementing and evaluating Institutional Policy Measures and community benefit programs according to ASACB principles and guidelines. The tools have been field tested by ASACB pilot hospital sites and have been found useful in documenting progress.
