Memberships are transferable with written consent of the member or sponsoring organization. Annual membership dues are:   Individual - employer's budget is under $5 million                 $110   Individual - employer's budget is $5 million or more              $210   Group Rate - up to 3 people (includes free webinars)           $550   Group Rate - 4 to 6 people (includes free webinars)          $1,000   Student, Retired or Between Jobs                                          $35 For Group Rate memberships of more than six people, please contact us at communityhlth@aha.org or 312.422.2193 to discuss your needs and our flexible rates.
