The Association for Community Health Improvement offers both individual and organizational memberships. Memberships are transferable with written consent of the member or sponsoring organization.
Annual membership dues are:
I. Individual - employer's budget is under $5 million $110
II. Individual - employer's budget is $5 million or more $210
III. Organizational - up to 3 people $550
IV. Organizational - 4 to 6 people $1,000
V. Student or Retired $35
