Sponsors and Participating Organizations
The Association for Community Health Improvement invites organizations with a commitment to access to care, chronic disease prevention, and community health assessment to join us as Sponsors and Participating Organizations of the national Spring Training for Health Champions conference. This is the fourth national conference of ACHI.
Sponsors include companies that serve and support organizations working to improve community health. Participating Organizations include non-profit and public sector health organizations, associations and coalitions that wish to demonstrate their support for community health and deliver a premium to their members and constituents.

We are offering four levels of sponsorship to suit your budget and your needs for visibility. All sponsors receive exhibit space, name and logo on conference materials, and complimentary conference registration.
Keynote Sponsors receive premium visibility as the exclusive corporate sponsor of a keynote presentation, priority placement of your company's name and materials, and several other benefits.
Track Sponsors support one of four topic tracks running throughout the conference and receive priority visibility.
Supporting Sponsors have several options for recognition, including meal functions, social events, and conference notebooks. Call us to see what is available.
Participating Sponsors receive logo placement and display space as a conference partner.

Non-profit organizations, associations, coalitions and grant-funded demonstration programs with a community health, healthy communities or community benefit focus will gain national visibility, expand their professional networks and offer their members a premium by becoming Participating Organizations.

Who Will Attend
The conference community will include a rich array of more than 450 community health, healthy communities and community benefit leaders from across the U.S. and Canada.
Attendees will include a diverse range of people from different health and health care organizations, including:
