Welcome to ACHI's Elevating Community Health Practice national conference. These pages contain the most current information about the meeting, with everything from the educational program to registration and hotel reservations.

Did you know? ACHI is a Designated Provider (MEP3728) with the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. By attending this conference, Certified Health Education Specialists can earn a maximum of 15 continuing education contact hours (12 for the main program; 3 for optional pre-conference workshops).
