You can "buy up" with the addition of a longer description of your services and by listing your business in additional categories. Listings are categorized by areas of service and subjects of expertise. You will select from available categories on the Application & Agreement.

Company logos must be in .jpg or .gif file format, and have dimensions that do not exceed 45 pixels in height. Logos will be linked to company Web site or to a 2-page PDF file provided by company. Send logo file via e-mail to communityhlth@aha.org.

Listings will be posted on a publicly accessible Web page as part of the Association for Community Health Improvement’s (ACHI) site at http://www.communityhlth.org. Listings can be purchased at any time, and run for 12 months from date of posting. Listings are renewable on an anniversary basis.

Payment in full is required with submission of the application form. E-mail confirmation will sent to purchaser upon receipt of application, and again once payment is received and the listing is posted.

Purchaser may request that their listing be removed from the ACHI Business and Consultant Directory at any time before the end of the purchased listing period, but no refunds will be made once the listing is posted.

The liability of ACHI for any act, error, or omission for which it may be legally responsible shall not exceed the cost of any cash payment. ACHI will not, in any event, be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost income or profits.
