The ACHI Business Listings is the new one-stop information resource for community health, community benefit, and healthy communities organizations seeking products and services to help them achieve health improvement objectives.
You provide a valuable service or product to organizations and professionals in community health or community benefit. Hundreds of members and thousands of Web site visitors come to the Association for Community Health Improvement (ACHI) with inquiries and searches for referrals to a wide range of services and products. The ACHI Business Listings helps you connect with those in the market for your services.
This is a new service of ACHI. We are continually accepting orders for listings, for purchase on a calendar year basis.
In all cases, firm name and logo, contact information, a brief description, and a link to your Web site (or a two-page, Adobe Acrobat capacity statement) are included. You can "buy up" with the addition of a longer company and services description and a listing additional categories. Listings will be categorized by areas of service and subjects of expertise. You will find and be asked to select from these categories on the form below.

Company logos must be in .jpg or .gif file format, and have dimensions that do not exceed 45 x 90 pixels. Logos will be linked to company Web site or to a 2-page PDF file provided by company. Send logo file via e-mail to communityhlth@aha.org.
Listings will be posted on a publicly accessible Web page as part of the Association for Community Health Improvement’s (ACHI) site at http://www.communityhlth.org. Listings can be purchased at any time, and run from one week after receipt of payment until December 31. Listings are renewable on a January 1 to December 31 cycle.
Prices and packages are detailed on the Application & Agreement.
Payment in full is required with submission of the application form. E-mail confirmation will sent to purchaser upon receipt of application, and again once payment is received and the listing is posted.
Purchaser may request that their listing be removed from the ACHI Business Listings at any time before the end of the purchased listing period, but no refunds will be made once the listing is posted.
The liability of ACHI for any act, error, or omission for which it may be legally responsible shall not exceed the cost of any cash payment. ACHI will not, in any event, be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost income or profits.
ACHI reserves the right to change, cancel, or substitute any ACHI Business Listings opportunity for another of equal value at any time.
